I recently stayed at this hotel for a business conference and was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable and spacious the rooms were, especially when compared to typical options in Tokyo. The almost 24-hour onsen was a good addition, providing a serene escape after long days. The friendly staff made our stay even better, and having a duty-free shop nearby was a nice touch. Plus, the convenient connection to a shopping center with various dining options was a great perk, especially while traveling with my young child.
I can recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at this hotel and really enjoyed the spacious rooms and the breakfast buffet. It was super close to Narita Airport, making it easy to travel after a long flight. The staff were very nice-so polite and always ready to help with any questions. The spa on Level 6 was a highlight for me, with its clean facilities and relaxing atmosphere.
On the downside, the location felt a bit quiet, with not much to do nearby. The hotel seemed a bit dated, and I found the beds somewhat uncomfortable. Plus, the public bathhouse was colder than I expected, which was a letdown. it was a mixed bag, but the positives definitely stood out!

A friendly stay in Chiba
Each day began with their cheerful greetings, especially from the front desk who were always eager to assist. The spa on Level 6 is a hidden gem, with a serene escape after a day of exploring. We loved how spacious our Family Twin room was.
While we enjoyed our time, the hotel is a bit far from the main attractions, requiring a taxi or a lengthy walk to the train station. We noticed some dusty air vents, which didn't quite sit well considering my allergies.

I had a blast celebrating New Year at this place! It's conveniently connected to a shopping center, so grabbing snacks from Donki and Daiso was super easy. The staff were friendly and made everything feel cozy, even when my little one got a bit loud in the lobby. The room was spacious and perfect for family vibes. Plus, the spa on Level 6 was a highlight - a great way to unwind!
On the flip side, the location is a bit quiet, and the walk to the nearest train station felt longer than expected, especially with a toddler in tow. The air vent in our room could’ve used a good cleaning, which was a slight allergy concern. But overall, it was a nice stay!

The location is great, easy access to public transportation. I loved the grand lobby design. It felt inviting. The view from the 21st floor during breakfast was a highlight. Staff were polite and attentive. The outdoor identification lights on the hotel helped me easily spot it after late nights out. The breakfast buffet, while nice, could have offered a better selection at times. One evening, the restaurant ran out of natto when a group arrived, which disappointed my daughter. The family room had a fantastic view and the beds were really comfy. The bathroom setup was a bit concerning. It was dark and made my daughter uneasy. The public bathhouse wasn't as large as I expected, and the changing area felt cold.

The spacious room was perfect for us. We loved the almost 24-hour onsen and enjoyed breakfast every morning. We spent a day at Aquarink Chiba and celebrated golfers at the Keiyo Country Club nearby. Highly recommend this spot if you're looking to relax and explore!
One downside was that the bedding could've been cleaner. I noticed some fraying on the box mattress, which wasn't the best.
